As a Registered Psychotherapist, under supervision of Registered Psychologist, Steve's services are often fully or partially covered if you have an extended health benefit plan (e.g. Sun Life, Manulife) that includes coverage for a "Registered Psychotherapist" or "Registered Psychologist". Check the details of your benefit plan before booking your appointment so you can book the correct type of service.
After booking your appointment online, you'll receive a confirmation email with important details about your appointment (e.g. arranging online or phone appointments, in-person visit COVID-19 protocols).
All clients must complete both an Intake Form and a Consent Form prior to your first visit. To access these forms, go to our Client Portal and chose the form that applies to your situation. Booking and 24-hour Cancellation Policy:
A valid credit card is required to book your first appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If this is your first session with us, your credit card will not be charged, but secures your appointment and will only be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. A $1 charge will appear on your card for validation purposes only, and will be released (voided) after six days.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged the full appointment amount.
