About Rita
My Therapeutic Style
My therapeutic style is eclectic, where I combine various modalities to support the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me. I strive to provide an atmosphere of support, empathy, and trust, which allows you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. I value the therapeutic relationship and view it as one of equals, where the direction of sessions is determined by you, the expert of your own life and challenges.

Who I Work With
I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling to regulate their emotions and find themselves reacting to life stressors in ways that conflict with their core values. I support individuals who are seeking a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

How I Can Help
Thoughts and feelings are part of the human experience. Although they can sometimes convince us we lack control, we can learn how to respond to these internal experiences and gain control over our lives. I help you connect with your core values, which are often overshadowed by overwhelming thoughts and feelings. Together, we work toward clarity and balance, so you can live in alignment with what matters most to you.

Why I Do This Work
The work of a psychotherapist is deeply meaningful to me because I get to be a witness to stories of resilience and the process of growth and healing. It is an honour to support people through their most vulnerable moments and to be entrusted with private experiences—some of which have never been shared with anyone else.
Your Story Matters
We are all the authors of our own lives, and therapy offers the opportunity to rewrite your story of who you are at your core. It’s a space to reflect, heal, and embrace the person you want to be.

I look forward to meeting with you and being a witness to your personal growth and transformation.
Courage is not the absence of fear; courage is fear walking.
