About Natasha
Hi, I’m Natasha, a Registered Psychotherapist, and I'm passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey to healing and growth. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I’m here to listen and walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to each person’s needs.

My Approach
I use a trauma-informed lens to create a safe space for exploration and healing. My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic strategies, allowing clients to navigate the importance of understanding the mind-body connection. This holistic approach fosters self-awareness and empowers you to develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in working with children, families, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, school issues, and emotional dysregulation. I’m particularly drawn to helping those who relate to these areas as I have also navigated these
challenges through my own personal therapy journey.

Background
I have immense experience working with children, families and adults in individual and group settings. My background in different therapeutic settings have deepened my understanding of the unique needs of my clients. I have integrated trauma-informed care since my start as a psychotherapist and have adapted various therapeutic modalities. My education has equipped me with the skills to effectively support diverse populations, and I continuously seek professional development to enhance my work as a therapist.

Session Expectations
In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental environment where your feelings and experiences are validated. I encourage open conversation and emotional expression, ensuring that you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll collaborate on goals that align with your personal journey, and I’ll provide tools, psycho-education and strategies to help you move forward.

Personal Interests
Outside of the therapy room, you might find me spending time in nature, attending a yoga class, or playing piano. I’m passionate about helping others and I enjoy experiencing new places to gain different perspectives. A little-known fact about me is that I love music and attending concerts. I value connection with family and friends and often find inspiration in practicing gratitude every day.
Professional Passion
My work as a therapist is deeply meaningful to me. I find great fulfillment in witnessing clients’ transformations and resilience as they work through their struggles. Helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of self is what drives my passion for this
profession. I’m honored to be a part of your journey.
