A: Our Client Care Team is available Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message, and your call, text, or email will be returned promptly—usually the next business day.
Q: Who will I talk to when I first contact Abma Counselling?
A: You’ll connect with our Client Care Team. They answer calls, texts, and emails directly and help you find the therapist who best fits your needs.

Q: Do I need to know which therapist I want before reaching out?
A: No. Our Client Care Team knows each therapist’s specialties and approach. They’ll help you find the best fit for your goals and schedule.

A. Yes. All communication is handled with confidentiality and in line with professional standards for mental-health care.

A. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, contact our Client Care Team by phone, text, or email. They’ll confirm the change and help you find a new time that works. We require at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. See our cancellation policy here.​
